We stayed here several times while house shopping in the area. We were always greeted kindly and treated well. (I guess my dear hubby's titanium status didn't hurt, but I'd like to think everyone gets treated well here?) The only thing I'd ding them for is that Marriott seems to be doing away with hot tubs and Jacuzzis en-suite. Bring them back please!
We were late to arrive, and Oscar was very helpful and kind. He got us checked in and provided extra towels and a late checkout time... a couple hours went by, and our room was not budging off 74°. Our room was stuffy and not cooling down at all... I went downstairs and told Zy of our room problems, and she acted quickly, moving us to a different room. That process was nice and effortless. Thank you. Breakfast was so very nice each morning ( we stayed 2 nights ). Thank you, Natassia, for those SOFT, FLUFFY, FRESH biscuits A great experience overall. Thank you so very much!
Room was nice, no tub but nice stand-in shower. Hot water did stop briefly before I could rinse off but came back eventually. Fridge was not made to stay on so it required constant "reactivation": food spoiled after a long work day. Otherwise, Room: good Location: great Breakfast: great Hotel: great
I received amazing service during my stay. From the front desk, the ladies working the breakfast buffet, to the house keeping staff, everyone here went above and beyond. Clean rooms, great location.
After moving to this hotel from leaving the Best Western early due to safety concerns, I'm happy to report this place is much better. They allowed me to check in early so I could put my food in the refrigerator. The rooms are spacious enough. I'm in the first room from the lobby. There was a group of people gathered there talking and it was rather loud. But, it was not that loud in my room, even though the lobby was only about 75 feet from my room. It was clean and comfortable. I would stay here again.
I was super impressed with how well this facility was run. When I walked in I was greeted with a smile from the front desk clerk. The hotel was clean and inviting. As I head up to my room I pass the maintenance man who greeted me with an energetic hello and warm smile. I should have gotten their names as they left such an impression on me. My room was clean and bed comfortable. If I am ever in Fort Wayne again, this is where I will stay. Thank you Fort Wayne team.
first stay was Aug 2023 in a king bed room. the rooms was above average and laid out well. TV as a 40", had a walk in shower with pump soap. No smells. The only con was our AC was soo cold it would not adjust down, had to set at 80 just not to freeze. The breakfast was OK, had a waffle maker, eggs, gravy, etc.. and cold cereal too. It was off the main road a block or 2 which made it very quiet as for road noise. All in all we would stay there again. good value
Breakfast was not as organized as the other Fairfield Suites. But the rooms here seamed better desisgned. The walk in shower suits me better that the tube shower at the other hotel where the shower curtain let the water escape. I enjoy my stay here
